In this particular business area, we advise our clients on issues and problems in the field of customs and foreign trade law in cooperation with the specialized AWB Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mbH, Münster, which belongs to our group.
The focus of our work lies in the consultation, advice of customs design options, reimbursement requests and approvals, and participation in the preparation of import trade and external foreign trade audits and representation in appeals against customs and finance courts.
In addition, our services in this business area include the risk management in customs and foreign trade law in particular with regard to preferential duties and export controls.
